Moss Creek is a beautiful 197 home community established in 2001 by Centex Homes.
Moss Creek is one of the few communities in the Grand Oaks Master Association which has sidewalks throughout the neighborhood, 7 ponds, a large swimming pool and recreation center along with a park and play area surrounded by mature trees and walking paths.

The Community is governed by an HOA which ensures the Covenants and Restrictions are observed.
In 2010 the Annual Dues for each home is $467.00 which cover all costs related to maintaining the community and common grounds.
